"This is a well maintained water park. The flow rider is the center attraction I have stayed in the resort & its fun for all ages. The resort offers the typical amenities. The water park offers day tickets & has showers & lockers. If you stay in the winter ski season they give you free lift tickets & water park access with your stay! It has a arcade & rock climbing"
"Parking was terrible - had to park very far from the lobby, and the layout of the hotel meant that we had to walk a quarter mile from our room to the lobby. There's a lot of rust on the rides, and a lot of pipes drip, so you'll get wet before you even get to the rides. Trying to talk to customer service is a nightmare. Their phone menu is a maze, and wait times are incredible. As long as you don't mind a TON of walking, and don't have any occasion to need customer service, you'll be fine."
"Aquatopia is 1 star at best. The worst customer service ever. Had to wait until almost 5pm to get into our room only to find filthy sheets and a broken bathroom door. When housekeeping finally did come to our room the guy basically threw a sheet at my son when he opened the door. Maintenance guy useless couldn't fix the bathroom door said the job was too big for him to do. Non apologetic rude staff. The facility itself has gone down hill dramatically. Minimal rides. Kids bored after the first night. Don't waste your hard earned money here."
"I go here multiple years in a row now, with my daughter and mother. The indoor water park is an absolute blast, and it's connected to a giant arcade with tons of modern games and cool gift shop. The food is really good inside Aquatopia. There's about 7 or 8 different slides, a lazy river, a wave pool, a kids area, a bar inside the middle of a pool for adults, and a large Jacuzzi style pool that even connects to a small pool outside. The slides are enjoyable for kids and adults alike. A multi-day stay in the hotel above, and then simply going downstairs to swim everyday was an absolute blast. It is a very easy building to navigate too. We loved the breakfast buffet every morning. Anything you want! They even have a cool Belgian waffle maker. Eating breakfast with my family was one of my favorite parts of coming here. My only complaint is some of the rooms lack good water pressure in the shower, and hot water is lacking. But overall it was very nice. Comfy beds and big TV. We absolutely love it here. The rooms are climate controlled. You get to choose your temperature. Can't wait to come back!"
"First time booking with hotel and had a great experience. I love how the indoor water park is included. I also love how there's other options like playing in an arcade or daily crafts that are setup for children. Plus, if you want to visit camel beach water park.. they have transport to and from the hotel.. there is also a buffet that has AMAZING food and plenty of choices for all ages. I wish I took pictures of everything to show how easy, convenient and fun this place is for a family, friends or even a romantic getaway."
