"She does a really nice job! My Willow loves her. She is so kind and gets Willow in soon every time I message her. Highly recommend!"
"I'm so freaking pissed about my dogs haircut. She left small clumps of hair on their legs and body. She didn't even touch the ears and she destroyed their tails. I have shih tzu's and you know what their tails are supposed to look like. My dog slingshot didn't stop shaking for 2 weeks after the haircut and my other dog maverick hid under the bed for the longest time. They never did that before. Their private areas were not shaved and cleaned up properly. I'm being gracious by giving her one star. Her house looks like a hoarders situation and my boys got fleas from her house. Needless to say I will not be going back. Heed my warning...stay away from her."
"I will give two stars as Christi did a decent job with my dogs face, cutting the hair out of her eyes. But I am highly upset with the rest of my dogs body. I specifically stated that I did not want my dog shaved bald. That wanted hair trimmed half length by hand, which would left around 2in hair all over as her fur was around 4in long to begin with. She is a puppy & was her 1st haircut ever. Now our dog looks like a rat or a lion, whichever choose it is horrible. Her fur was cut as short as possibly could showing her pink skin underneath. That is too short. Disregarded what I stated I wanted done & did what she wanted instead. That is what upsets me most. Not one phone call the whole session asking if it was okay to do otherwise even if she felt differently than my wishes. I should of been asked. There was no misunderstanding. I told her my wishes face to face at the time arriving, showed her exactly what I meant. Specifically said the words “I do not want her cut bald”. That is not a misunderstanding. I will post before (shaggy pretty fur) & after (naked as a rat) pictures below. Very very upset with our first ever experience with a dog groomer. As I thought was best to let a professional do so."
"This grooming is amazing.I love the way my girls looked and smelled after there visit with Christi grooming.I see a big difference in my girls fur.She is reasonable with her prices. My girls stayed over for a couple hours and they weren't in any stress.Thank you so much Christi."
"She was amazing with my fur nephew winston. She was able to cut his nails with a same day appointment and he let her. She was so calm and nice. We will definitely be making our own fur child an appointment soon."
