"I have never used Birnie Bus before, so I can’t comment on customer service experience, but, I can say something about their drivers. They are some of the most unsafe people on the roads I’ve ever seen. 60 in a 45, tailing people, aggressive driving, distracted driving, etc. They are professional drivers. I see it every day during school season. Maybe some more safety training would be in order. -a concerned driver"

Though they were occasionally difficult to get a hold of over the phone, they were very flexible, letting us make changes to our booking just a week before the wedding. And they were a very affordable solution for us!"

"I stayed in cuse from 2017-2019 and this is the sweetest crew that a shuttle could ever employ. I stayed at the Westcott area and the shuttle BUS, which was a full sized bus took a detour to drop me off at my place which was in a narrow street at 2 am because I had fractured my leg. I’ll never forget these memories."

"The woman who’s driving the Nob Hill bus right now was at the stop sign just before pulling out of the bus loop and saw me flagging her down trying to get on, she just rolled her eyes shook her head and drove away. None of the other drivers have ever done that to me, they have always stopped if they saw me running. Extremely rude, all she had to do was open the door."
