"In Syracuse NY, Terri and Timothy were the best, most efficient airline customer service people I have ever seen. We were unaware that the connection from JFK to Amsterdam was too late for us to make the connection to Aberdeen, UK--and all other flights were booked for days ("Why is everyone going to Aberdeen???") They managed to reroute us, avoiding JFK, and all was well. I am sure the rest of the day will be more of the same . . ."

"The flight from ATL to LGA is typically a 2 hr flight; however, due to inclement weather in NY, we circled LGA for :30 + minutes then we were diverted to SYR, where the weather was just as bad. As we were about to land in SYR, the pilot had to abort the first landing attempt due to wind sheer. The same occurred on the second attempt, but we had to land because we were low on fuel. We de-boarded and waited an hour for the plane to be refueled. After reboarded and waiting to be de-iced, The first officer made an announcement :30 minutes after re-boarding that the de-icing truck could not be dispatched because the winds were too high and exceeded the safety threshold. Another 25 minutes passed before we were cleared for take-off, and 49 minutes later, we finally landed at LGA. All in all, we've been on the plane (flying and on the tarmac) for 7+ hours. I must say that the crew was very apologetic and accommodating, considering this was an act of God and no fault of their own and did everything they could to get us to our destination safely and as soon as possible. I've been flying Delta for 20+ years and rarely have I encountered anything negative related to the airline or crew(s). I highly recommend Delta."

"I love the window seats as I watch the plane take off! The movies are amazing watched OLD definitely worth a watch I cried and still had time to enjoy the inflight wifi!!! Gotta love Delta!"

"I wasn't too disappointed in Delta this time. I had weather related travel delays, but that wasn't their fault. Overall they did a much better job than some of my other flights with them. The planes were clean, text updates were up to the minute, which I appreciated."
