Welcome to the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority Administrative Offices, located at 1000 Col Eileen Collins Boulevard, Syracuse Hancock International Airport, Syracuse, New York 13212, United States. As a public benefit corporation, the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority is dedicated to the operation and enhancement of the Syracuse Hancock International Airport. Our mission is to ensure the development of safe, secure, and efficient aviation services across the Upstate New York Region.

We pride ourselves on promoting the growth and success of the airport through responsible fiscal management, regional marketing initiatives, and job creation within the aviation sector and its supporting industries. Established under the Public Authorities Law of the State of New York, the Authority is committed to fostering a thriving aviation community.

Please note, due to ongoing improvements, the I-81 southbound offramp for Airport Rd./Col. Eileen Collins Blvd. will be closed through November. Visitors are advised to follow the detour south to the Mattydale exit or use South Bay Rd. for convenient access to the airport.

"It's a beautiful airport! Completely redone! I'm disabled and have to have a wheelchair, and they're right there waiting to help. Very impressed with the new upgrade."

"Typical airport bar. They except credit cards but watch for the sketchy guy walking around in a hat he accepts most major organs and some not so major for a couple of drinks which is way more reasonable than the original price"

"Love the airport. The authority does a good job. I'd suggest spending a little money on improving he concourses. Ceilings are a little low making for a stuffy feeling. Love the glass jetbridges. Also would recommend replacing the remaining rusty gates with glass sided gates. Very nice airport with great staff. Optimistic for these listed improvements and I hope to see more air service expansion in the future, American Airlines service to Phoenix would be great!"
