"It's unfortunate but this pharmacy has become a big problem for me. First let me say that the staff are very courteous people and I have no issues with them at all. My problem is that I have (on multiple occasions) been told that my prescription will be available the next day but when I arrive there is an issue with availability of stock. You need to start telling people the truth. If a medication is hard to get or has other stock issues tell me when you are SURE it will be available instead of false promises. Some of my medications are critical to be taken every day and I cannot plan refills when I get bad dates from the pharmacy. This pharmacy also suffers from not enough staff and I feel bad for them having to carry so much. And lastly, for one of my critical prescriptions that had insufficient stock (only 2 weeks available instead of a month) I've been asked to pay the FULL $60 copay for each pickup. This means that my cost is now doubled because of a stock issue I was not aware of as the pharmacy never let me know. I had no choice but to pay the $60 for two weeks because I CANNOT go without this medication. This is the fault of Rite Aid not me nor my insurance so they cannot expect me to pay twice as much for their own issues. Honestly, I like this pharmacy due to its proximity to my home but I feel that they are forcing me to switch to another business. Sorry for the lengthy review but this is really becoming ridiculous."

"Rite Aid in shop city must have new management due to low stock especially items on sale and many times no cashiers at checkout I could have walked out without paying many times."

"Lunch is at 1:30 not 1:27 or 1:29 when someone comes in to get medication they need I find very rude and unprofessional to tell them “we’re going on lunch soon so we’re closed.” Thanks for not answering my 7 calls before I walked in for nothing , after hearing 7 times in a row everyone leaves at 1:30 for lunch…. Will be changing my pharmacy"

"This is the best rite aid I've ever had the pleasure of frequenting. It truly is such a treat to visit! The woman at the pharmacy (I think her name is Tracy?) is an absolute delight to speak with! Real easy on the eyes. Anyway, back to the store- it's always very clean, everyone is always quite chipper and friendly. One of the last few pleasant places in shop city!"

"Great service and friendly staff from all. I was in search of medication for my child and the pharmacist came out from the pharmacy to discuss options. I did not feel rushed and felt that he was sincerely genuine about helping me find the correct products (especially with all the shortages and product availability issues). The store is clean, too."
