"I traveled from Amsterdam to Syracuse yesterday and then on to Rochester today. The station was clean and accommodating but what I really want to do is give a shout out to the security staff who worked during my time there. The woman was friendly, lovely, personable and extremely helpful and empathetic. The man who took over for her in the morning I did not interact with as much ( I was asleep) but when I did he was very friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable."
