"I have been a customer here for 2 months now and I have to say this place is awesome. I was a customer at life storage down the road for 4 years and had to leave because it was filthy the units have wood board floors and the staff was groing increasingly horrible. Since i moved to planet self storage i noticed it is so much cleaner and better kept than the other place. The 2 girls who work here are so incredibly friendly and very helpful. "Had to purchase online to get better price than in person. Promo rates for 2 months were good, normal rates were standard. Every dimension of storage unit was inflated. I got a larger unit so that I could store my trailer in the unit and it would not fit because the door was ~6" shorter than advertised. Length and width were also shorter. I canceled via email after my 2 month promo and did not receive a response, but also was not called or requested to pay next month, so I guess that's ok."
