"I recently visited Mechanicsburg pool and was quite disappointed with my experience. Despite paying $20 for entry, the visit did not live up to expectations. First, my friend and I were not allowed to use the big slide unless we took a swim lesson and got stamped, which seemed quite odd given that we are adults. This restriction was not mentioned anywhere before we paid for our tickets, and it felt unnecessary and frustrating. Additionally, when we tried to order smoothies from the concession stand, the worker informed us that they couldn’t make them because they didn’t know how. These were simple smoothies that should not require formal training, so it was surprising and disappointing that they were unable to fulfill this basic menu item. This was further compounded by the overall lack of staff and the inconsistency in providing popular items on the menu. Overall, the lack of sufficient workers and the poor service left much to be desired. For the price paid, I expected a more enjoyable and well-organized experience. Unfortunately, Mechanicsburg pool did not meet these expectations, and I would not recommend it to others based on my visit."
"Nice pool but they wouldn't explain what herbicides they use on the property, how they keep them out of the pool, and how they keep patrons from sitting on fresh applications through the season (grassy areas where people sit). Other surrounding pools do have a conscious policy on this for good reason so we go to those instead."

"Only reason this isn’t 5 star is the price. We LOVE this pool even though we are closer to other pools. Great family atmosphere and people are so nice. Great for young children with the slides and kids areas. I think 4 and under should be free though when parents are 20 dollars each. We might just get a membership next year to justify the price"
"Is a nice place to spend time with family. The water was not as cold as many places I been to. They have multiple poolside, not just one BIG pool. Make sure you bring an ID to use any of their safety items lol (not that serious) I have enough nonsense at home to bring more. They also have a really nice small snack bar. Most important, the staff are very nice."
