"If I could give them less than one star, I would have. I have rented their meeting hall four times in last fifteen years for graduation parties. My experience was horrible at the last one this year. Seemingly, uncivil people are in charge now. They gave us the key to the hall two days in advance and told my wife that we can set up the tables and chairs anytime before the event on Saturday. After it was all said and done, they not only refused to refund $100 security deposit, demanded $200 extra because we set up the room a day ahead. Most importantly, their mode of communication is plain vulgar, so much so that my wife sent them a check for extra $200 just to close the subject. I sure wouldn't want to deal with them ever again."
