"We have always had a great experience with this bank and their customer service, until today when I called about an issue with my account. The first time I called, the person on the line was very kind when asking about my problem and getting the information for my account. He let me know that it was an issue the manager would have to handle and that she would call me back. When this manager called me, she was rude and impatient right from the start. I tried to explain the issue I was having, but she proceeded to talk over me, ignoring the issue and trying to ask about another topic with the account, and kept going back to this topic instead of the problem at hand. Instead of allowing me to talk through the issue with her, she continued to speak to me like I was stupid and not worth her time to the point that I decided to hang up the call. I, almost in tears, chose to do this even with my issue unresolved due to just how bad the service was. I understand having busy/bad days at work, but there was no reason anyone should be spoken to this way, especially in a professional setting. I hope no other customers have this experience with Donna as I just had."
