"I broke down camper in tow on the way home from vacation with little over two hours to go, the staff were super friendly and were really quick about getting my truck and camper towed to their shop and truck repairs done and had me back on the road all within 3 hours. This was the best and fastest service by far and reasonable prices. Highly recommend Otego tire and auto, they went above and beyond even though they were busy.The team deserves more than five stars. Will definitely send work their way."

"As you can see by the photos most of my work is off the beaten path,and that my truck is longer than most. It’s extremely expensive to buy the type of tires that I depend on to get me and the equipment I use to and from the job site. So alignments are needed frequently, I can’t afford to neglect a $1300.00 set of tires. It’s also extremely difficult to find a reliable shop that has a rack that my truck can fit on to do a proper alignment and one who has immediate availability. They don’t exist! I called Otego tire and asked for the earliest appointment they had,and like any reputable shop their soonest wasn’t for about a week out. I explained my dire situation and the woman told me to hold for a moment. I wasn’t expecting for her to come back on the phone and tell me to bring my truck in the following morning.
