"Nortons Gas offers exceptional service. I moved into their service area in 2023. They performed a gas check when we first filled our tanks and again when we purchased new gas appliances. They installed a new line for a new fireplace stove and hooked it up properly for us. The receptionists are always friendly and professional when requesting service and paying a bill. The service technicians and deliveryman are very good at their jobs. I highly recommend them."

"I am very pleased with the service. I was using another company and not familiar with the propane thing lol and was about to run out and they told me it would take a week for a delivery. Called around and found Nortons and they put me at ease and said they would squeeze me in that day. Been with them for a year never a problem and always polite on the phone."

"What a great company! We had a leaking tank from another company with a much higher rate and instead of fixing the tank they just picked it up and left me with nothing and had no interest in justifying why they had higher rates or attempting to negotiate. We just bought the house so we are completely new customers. I called Norton's and they were there a short time later with a bigger tank, well marked with their name and number. They took the time to clean out the stove that wasn't working and got that all working good too! Wonderful, quick service and good rates. Customer service has been great every time I've called them and they have been wonderful answering questions. No more figuring out who owns the tank, no more leaks, no more finicky stove and the bill wasn't terrible."
