"Russell park use to be very well kept. Sad to say the trail has not been maintained much and parts of the horseshoe are just mucky. The bridges to the other trails are all broken and the land washed away. Def not safe to be walking on. Its a quiet place to get a stroll in tho, just dont wear your good shoes"
