"I’ve gotten my car washed twice so far without the use of soap even though I paid for the most expensive package. Went today and vending machines ate my money, never dispensed anything. Quality has gone down the drain."

"This is a very dated car wash. There are many leaks with the soft touch. Your car will be dry as you pull out. The water leaks on your car so you eventually have a car with water spots. There are many better car washes than this one."

"I feel that the car wash itself is very good but I do feel that it doesn’t dry properly the last two times that I went. There’s drips and water spots like on my windows and still water dripping down the back. I’m not sure if it’s due to the shape of my car cause it’s a Subaru Crosstrek, and with the hatchback like that I’m not sure if that’s the problem, or if I’m not getting in the proper position to have it dried all the way, but that would Be my only complaint"
