"The attendant at the gate deceived me. He charged me $20 for going into the automatic service although I told him I'm going self-service but he said "yeah you pay for overall service" then at the self-service garage I had to pay again to have the water and soap flow out of the service gun! Will never go there again if owners can't employ honest workers whose job is to guide customers!"

"Best wash ever !! I know I owned The Kwikee Car Wash 20 years ago I built it new on Oriskany Blvd we didn't have computerized wash passes but we were ahead of our time . Back then you could buy our 25 Wash punch card. Z-Bart is there now. I retired I missed washing my car free every day .But it wasn't realy free . Now with Hoffman I can wash anytime with the works & tire shine for only $40 Bucks a month .With no bills to pay !!!! LOL"

"I have a membership that I pay every month almost $40 and this morning My only time off that I have during the day , to clean my car inside and out since and it’s 7:15 am and this place is CLOSED! Please remove your display sign saying that your service is OPEN 24 Hours or update your sign by specifying that Vacuum is not part of SELF SERVICE and is NOT available at ANY time within the 24 hours of service !"
