"I came to rent a unit I used the kiosk because nobody was here doors were locked and it was inside business hours. For the past hour the kiosk is loading processing payment nothing happened. I called the number 5 times to try to get someone to fix it. Nothing. Manager is not answering his phone"

"You'll be a fool to put your belongings in L and L storage. Rats ate through my boxes. I had to repair 2 tires and replace 1, due to the screws and nails on their lot. On several occasions I've found wet spots in my storage container. Pay the extra $5 - $10 for a better location. If you're trying to save money by using L and L storage, you'll be paying for it with damaged belongings in the long run. Not good at all, absolutely saddened by the conditions of this storage place."

"Under new owner. I will never go there again. I was there for 15 yrs between having a storage unit and storing vehicles outside. I was charged a whole month's rent for vehicles that were taken out on the 13th they do not pro rate. I've had my catalytic converter stolen from there so people check your vehicles if u have them there. IT WAS NOT A UNIT. IT WAS A PARKING SPOT OUTSIDE."

"I've been storing my boat here for over a year now. Fair prices. But above all, a secure facility. Only downfall is the limited hours for accessing your storage items. Overall, I feel safe with my items that I have on their property. Give them a try if you need storage space. They are continually growing and adding more storage spaces, so that must mean that they are doing things right."
