"Called this place and identified myself. Asked if they tune a 6.4 Power Stroke Diesel... Guy rudly asked "where did you get my information", I answered "google". He asked where your from, I told him. Then he just said " I tend to stay away from the 6.4, and that's my say in that. Thanks". Clearly there is no type of professionalism in this place. RUDE people with no manners... If I could give no stars rating I would. UPDATE— since I can’t reply to your answer I’ll reply here… Not only you were rude your also a LIAR… There is nothing illegal about asking if my truck could be tune in a way that it would recognize my new TRANSMISSION. I had a transmission put in a reputable shop but the truck wasn’t recognizing it and kept giving faulty codes. The shop told me that we needed someone to program it. Before we found and expert to do it (again nothing ilegal) I made the mistake of contacting your shop… As a business man to another attempting to be one, that’s not the way you treat people regardless of who they are. Treat people with respect… WOW it took you 1 year and 3 months to reply to my review, that tells me business must be bad and your trying to clean your image… and NO I don’t accept your apology because it’s not genuine… good luck with your business, it seems your going to need it… Stay AWAY from this place… UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and worse of all… a LIAR"
