"To be honest I was a little let down.... I visited this beach for the 1st time on a very nice summer weekend with my 3 Dachsunds. For some reason I was made to believe that this was a meeting place for these type of dogs or for dogs in general. Even though it was quite difficult and expensive finding a hotel room in the Hamptons on labor day weekend the 4 of us had a good time, Despite no dogs being allowed on that beach it looked really nice from the parking lot."
