"My experience with Kurt from Turning Wheels was amazing! Kurt was heaven sent! We lost the keys to our rental and needed towing services. Kurt (Turning Wheels) kept us informed of his ETA at all times, explained every step of the process, and also (which he did not need to) contacted the car rental emergency services line, to ensure that we were safe (it was dark and rainy) and got a ride home. He took pictures of the pickup to give us peace of mind. Great service, communication and humanity! I would recommend to anyone! Thank you so, so much Kurt! You were a total blessing!"

"They REALLY helped me out when I needed a tow today! My driver Jay was very personable and professional, even when my lack of car knowledge had him (flawlessly) reversing a flat bed towtruck up a curved, 45° incline in my driveway. I never felt like I couldn't get ahold of them, and they actually called multiple times to make sure my car was dropped off at the right place so I'm not in a position to need them again until my car needs work again. Love these guys!"

He sent his driver (Jeff) Saturday morning for an 8:00 pick up, Jeff was right on time. Jeff took great care to make sure that my car was loaded properly. "Nobody wants to have to call a tow company, but they were hands down the best I've ever used! They were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Kurt was able to fix my problem on the spot instead of tow me, which is something most tow companies wouldn't have done, but they care more about their customers and being helpful. Kurt followed up to make sure everything was okay and offered to give me a ride in case there were any problems. They also arrived quicker than I expected and communicated well when they were on their way. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, they are really exceptional service."
