"I am very unhappy. This was the first time I visited and they tried to charge me $70 to patch my tire on my Acura. I honestly think they are a ripe off. Be careful and get second opinions on the price that they give you.The one thing I won’t do is go back in forth with you. I work in Hampton Bays also just so you know and trust me I always tell the truth about everything. Obviously you wasn’t there so you don’t know. Now have a wonderful evening."

"Always reliable and efficient. It's the real go-to place in the Hampton Bays area. I just had my son's car in for an oil change and a had a little snafu about getting there to pick it up before closing, but when we arrived, Franklin reopened the shop to take out payment information and give us the car, even though he was driving away when we arrived. I'm grateful for that kindness (my son won't be late for his first day of work now!) and always for Willy's excellence and friendliness. This is the only auto shop you need to know."
