Called the next day determined to wait forever; don't want to run out of hearing fuel. Waited half an hour, says 50 repetitions of the same ad about the customer is first, always the best service, trust us. Gave up. Called another company. Advice to Petro: your customer's first experience with you service is the first call to set up an account. If you won't hire enough agents to provide that service, how can the customer do anything but loathe your endless ads touting your services?"
