"Very difficult to get a wheelchair into the building. Doors are very heavy and there's no button for automatic door opening for wheelchair users. Not at all accessible or wheelchair friendly."
"Always have problems with this place. Never keeps track of my ongoing urinalysis script and takes it and doesn’t give it back so I always need multiple. The one blonde lady is normally good and nice but whoever was there today was a complete a-hole and gave me so much attitude when I already feel horrible enough. Made me feel terrible. Tablet never asked me what I was in for when checking in which I noticed and thought was weird (it said check-in incomplete, we will call you over), and she told me over and over again I was wrong and belittled me to which I can promise it did not ask as I would’ve pressed the correct button. People who are already dealing with painful things and diagnosis don’t need people with horrendous miserable attitudes to be in charge of their medical things. Nasty lady. To be clear, I was not in any way disrespectful but I did hold my ground. It never gave me an option."

"Hugely disappointed. They don’t seem to ever pick up the phone. I dropped of a sample in March and they did the wrong test. I had to come again and drop off another sample. That was over two months ago. I called the lab’s number and left a few contact requests on their voicemail, which you're directed to way too quickly. No response either. Impossible to get hold of them unless you actually drive there I guess..."
"I have been going here for many years and have always had a decent experience. The lady who drew my blood today was a wonderful caring women. Her coworker today was down right rude and had no people skills what so ever. I will ask for the lady who help me again. I will however walk out if the other lady is helping me."
