Riverhead Car Wash

"A good car wash is VERY hard to come by. However, I’m impressed. I brought my vehicle here a few days ago and they did a wonderful job, took their time, didn’t rush and left my car spotless. My cup holders were filthy before going in and typically they miss these little spots, but now spotless. Between my seats were vacuumed very well. they were working so hard. I will be back next week and I’m bringing my other family members car too! Another customer there also mentioned how good they clean her vehicle. I’m happy!"

"The best place in whole Suffolk and trust me i already checked so many places! Highly recommend! The most important is that people wash your car! They take care of every detail in my car. "Excellent service - my car was filthy from sitting in the driveway and the pollen was caked on. I also had issues with my windshield wipers. Stanley and his crew were helpful, friendly and honest. I will continue to use this car wash for this reason - while the fees may be a little high and it may take extra time, I definitely got what I paid for as the car is like new. The dash. The carpets and the door sills were all cleaned - almost like a full detailing! They are a ten in my book!"

"Stay away from this place. Once a proud car wash with lots of workers trying to get your car out as fast as could be as well as cleaned dried and well taken care of, now have to wait 2 hours because they have 4 workers. Under new management and sadly this cost me 60 dollars. Way overpriced, and a disrespect to your time and money. Pathetic. Look at pics . Where are the workers ? And hey the reputation manager who is gonna say this is ok, save it. This is a disgrace. Cutting corners and high prices"

"I’m honestly not one to complain but after coming here for several years, my last detail was definitely not remotely worth it. I paid half a pay check to basically have a car wash. $385 for a full detail but got my car back with the same dirty cup holders it came in with, wet carpet, streaky seats and stains on my sun visor because they oiled the outside and didn’t bother to even open the inside. Now I did go back and have them fix the cup holders and the seats but did not have them fix everything else they completely missed. The man I spoke to when I came back was very nice and got those two things fixed right away which I am grateful for. But… when I arrived in the morning the man who took my car out back was rude, had an attitude claiming “oh are you sure? this is going to take all day?” “it’s going to be $350 and take forever” no duh. that’s why i made an appointment don’t try and talk me out of getting a full detail because you don’t want to do it."
