"So, my experience with these guys is amazing. I'm going to start off by saying, I didn't even end up getting my car worked on here, however if I lived in the area, there's zero doubt I would come. Firstly, I had gotten my brand new M2 ceramic coated out in Westchester where I live and after about 1 day after the curing was done, I came out for the weekend to East Hampton. Unfortunately for me, I ended up parking my car overnight near a sprinkler systems, which is a HUGE no, no for ceramic coated cars, ESPECIALLY ones within the first 2 weeks. Freaking out, I immedietly started to Google search detail places that might be able to help me and came across ProShine. I can't even tell you how happy I was that I did. Not only did they explain to me what I should and shouldn't do, they took the time to put my mind at ease a little bit more even when they told me I should just leave it be until my next scheduled wash. What turned out to be something that was ruining my weekend finally was behind me and it was not only free advice but good advice. Their knowledge of the products, upkeep and workmanship is extremely high, certainly pro level and I'd suggest consulting them either for your every day wash, detail and 100% ceramic coating process.
