"Awful! The owner Phil has zero skills dealing with customers and is always in an angry and combative mood. He acts like he couldn’t be bothered and is doing you a favor. Lousy work ethic, never contacts you back and you need to constantly be on top of him about your car. The staff when he’s not around feel the same as he’s always “out of the office” and doesn’t even inform staff when customers arrive. He extorted money even though insurance fully covered the claim. I’ve been a repeat customer in the past and I’m DONE. I’ve referred several customers over the years and told them all never to use him again which they won’t . The man has no loyalty whatsoever and couldn’t be more blatantly out for himself. I’m also posting on my review media outlets I own to NEVER use this guy again! The tens of thousands of followers and listeners need to know to avoid this place at all costs. So much better around. Truly terrible place with worse owner."
