His communication is outstanding. He also worked with my warranty company for me to have repairs approved. While doing so he found many different gaskets and o rings that needed also be replaced. He has even helped me fix things I broke while trying to install aftermarket parts without any judgement about me using duct tape and zip ties to patch it together to drive it over to him.
