"If I could give these guys zero stars I would. On two separate occasions they left RAGs under the hoods on two different vehicles after doing oil changes! One on my sons car and we figured maybe it was a mistake but then to do it again..to my husbands truck. That’s suspicious."
"They use cheap parts. I went in for idling and they put a damaged coil in my car which leaked raw gas into my catalytic converter. Every time I went to get something fixed, I end up going back within a month. I sunk so much money this past year trying to keep my mother’s old car on the road. Every time I fixed something, something else went. My father kept suggesting I go to another mechanic but I thought the car was just having difficulty due to the amount of miles that was on it. I did end up going for a second opinion after replacing the coils, catalytic converter , knock sensor, and starter. A few days after replacing the starter the check engine light was blinking. I went my father’s mechanic and was told that the coil was again leaking gas into my newly replaced (in May) catalytic converter. I don’t know if all those issues are related, but my father’s mechanic said all the parts were really cheap. I ended up adding up all my receipts for 2023 and I could have been making car payments. I purchased a certified used car and it only cost $30 more a month than what I spent on fixing my old car. I am not stating that they broke my car on purpose, but the cheap/damaged parts caused it to break. Save yourself the hassle and find another mechanic."
"Good mechanics. They have been able to fix every problem I have had with my cars. Even found my Evap engine light problem on the 1st try"
"Good place honest people.."
