"TO EMILY KYLE ...........Took my daughter's car to MAVIS for four new tires. I had to bring her car to MY private repair shop to RE-BALANCE ALL FOUR WHEELS !!!! Steering wheel shimmy and vibration. Jiffy Lube is no good either ! I'm driving since 1972. I know what I'm talking about !!!!!"

"Despite being down 6 employees and told to expect 30 to 45 minute wait it was still only about a 15 to 20 minute wait and then I like being able to stay in the car and continue to get worked done or listen to the radio. I use the group on and select the payment a little bit more because of tax and a little bit extra oil that my vehicle needed. Friendly staff and they checked the bunch of things I don't remember Jiffy Lube ever doing."

"Horrible. If you are a woman and go here alone, they take advantage of you and try and upsell you on things you don’t need. I understand upselling but they are dishonest. Dealt with the manager Jose and if the manager takes advantage of you, I wonder what he’s taught his staff. Will never go here again."

"Completely fused my oil filter to the housing. When I tried to take it off 3,000 miles after they changed my oil, it would not budge . It was also not the standard size filter for any filter socket(55mm) my car now has a sheared, ripped oil filter because someone was too lazy to lube the o ring on the filter. No idea how they'll get it off. Thank you so much"

"Great experience. As a young woman I’m always scared that I’m going to get ripped off or taken advantage of, being slightly naive to car things. But Chandler was so helpful and friendly and didn’t try to push anything that I didn’t need for an extra buck. I was in and out pretty fast and for sure would go back."
