"They were amazing! Right off the start they treated me very important. Jorge thank you very very much from the bottom of my heart for assuring me that everything is going to be alright. They rapidly took my car in ordered the parts and got it fixed in less than 2 weeks. I was fortunate enough to know that I could even drop off my rental here. If you have enterprise you’re good. I just came back because of a mirror. Literally not even 1 minute later Shawn took my car in and fixed the issue. He also reassured me that everything is gonna be taken care of and that he will fix it right away. Incredible communication and frequent updates. "After dealing with Caliber for 3 months for a repair on my vehicle, I cannot recommended them any less. For a TLDR; This place use to be excellent, but after the owner became hands off the repairs have gotten shotty. Not only that, they will not help you with a rental, lie to you about the status of your repair, repayment via insurance, as well as damaging your vehicle. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. See below for more info I had purchased my vehicle at the end of 10/25/23, and had the misfortune of being in an accident 1/4/24. I was able to get a police report and drive my vehicle home and started a claim with Geico that night. Geico got me a drop off a couple days later on 1/9/24 and informed me that Caliber would call me on a rental. I never received a call for the rental. I had to call Geico and connect with Enterprise to make sure one was ready for me. Dropping the vehicle off I met with Steve and pointed out all the damaged parts, including a seat belt clip that was damaged on the inside due to the cargo cover snapping it off during the impact. He informed me I would be getting weekly updated via text from there automated system. On 1/31 I got the call that my car was ready for pick up, and I went around 5pm to get it. When I got there I had to wait about a half hour before Steve could help me. He informed me that he was dealing with another customer car was repaired improperly and had to be redone. When he showed me my vehicle I pointed out that the inside clip was still broke. He told me he completely forgot about it. He said he would order the part for me but that I was able to take my car today and bring it back once the part was in. I agreed and waited till the next day to inspect the work when it was daylight. The next day I opened the rear door and noticed a gash in the newly painted panel that was down to the metal. The fuel door had so much paint over spray that it was rough to the touch. The roof rail on my car was covered in a sticky glue residue. Not only that, there was a huge dent and scratches on the roof that went down to the liftgate, and on the liftgate there was a gash that you can tell someone tried to fill in with paint. I called Steve and let him know all of this, and brought the car back the following day. When I brought my car back I asked if the clip had an ETA and he said again he forgot about it. I was then carless for a week. When I picked it up again the roof still had glue on it and wasn't fixed, was told the clip was on back order that he would call to let me know when he could do both clip and roof. Said that the reason for the scratches were the repair guys dropped the door during installation and were to lazy to repaint the damage. A month later I called and found out the clip was never even ordered, they alleged they were waiting to hear back from Geico so I then called Geico. Geico told me they had never heard anything about an additional request of repair. Had to escalate this to the regional manager who said he would take care of it. They were having issues findings the clip so I had to actually look up the part number on my own and email it to them. Several weeks later they finally had it. Also was told they had the part for a while and were waiting on me to call to schedule. I literally have the message from them saying they would call me once the part was in. Told me it would be a day repair but turned into 3 days again carless. Never had I had to bring a car back 3 times for repairs after an accident. Have a feeling a lot of these reviews were when they were still Medford Collision as this new team in no way is professional or easy to deal with."
