"Beware of weekend “bustitution” on this line in 2024. Buses are stifling hot without A/C (A/C works much better with refrigerant). All windows sealed shut. It is a miserable experience akin to something found in a 3rd-world country."
"Inside waiting room is locked 90% of the time. All day long"
"Clean station. Ticket machines are available. Convenient to downtown."
"It's a decently maintained train station, but definitely not the nicest or cleanest I've seen. It has one or two small indoor waiting areas and a few outside benches, but is far from anything special. Tickets can be bought here, but convenience items cannot be. It's location is convenient"
"The station itself is fine. Ample parking on both sides of the tracks. No staff on site, there are two ticket machines which let you get monthly, weekly and daily tickets. There are covered shelter areas and a heated waiting room with men's and women's bathrooms but it is not always open which can be disappointing when it's really cold outside. Depending on the specific train, the direction of travel can change but most of the Penn Station/westbound trains in the morning leave from the platform with the ticket machines and arrive in the evening to the same platform."
