I know they can communicate in english, because they complain in english when I do not have exact change. If you want your gas cap put back on your car, then do not pay them until they do it. I may be a slow learner, but from now on, I will gas up earlier, at another location so I can avoid the nasty greetings - the convenience no longer outweighs the willingness to be disrespected."
