"Got my car detailed yesterday by Mike and his team. The 2 of them were out there for a little over 2 hours for a great/ fair price. Did the interior and exterior and i got this car brand new and it looks better than when I drove it off the lot. Definitely would recommend and use them again! Not to mention the car smells incredible"

"Paid for the signature detail and got way less than what I paid for. Seems like they only “washed” the exterior (was still dirty), vacuumed the carpets and wiped down SOME of the interior. I even paid for a headlight restoration and the headlights weren’t touched at all. Still in the exact same condition it was before. Initial appointment was 12pm, they pushed it back to 1:30pm (I understand that things can happen) and came at 2pm. This was supposed to be a 5hr job, they finished in 2hrs then left. Contacted them about the car still being dirty and they said the guys were on their way to another client. Seems to me like the quantity of appointments booked in a single day is higher than the quality given. Might as well get some of my money back since I finished the job for them. Highly disappointed."
