"Anybody can mount a tire on a rim but when you start hammering weights all around the rim because you don't know how to use your own machine there's a problem. I was an auto mechanic for 20 years and when I pointed out the way that they were balancing tires was incorrect they basically told me to go somewhere else but they had no problem taking my money 2 days prior to me returning because it was still shaking and then they tried to incorrectly balance my tires again. So here I am still with a tire Shake on brand new tires incorrectly balanced going to pay an actual professional to do it somebody who doesn't have a bucket of used weights and an actual well cared for balancing machine. But most importantly , staff that knows how to use the equipment and staff that will address your concerns rather than dismiss you. Even after you prove them incompetent? Never again. This used be my go to spot for quick used tires. I wouldn't let them mount a bicycle tire after this garbage service. $110 to mount 4 brand new supplied by me tires. Balanced? Not even close."
