"A small boat ramp that is good only when the tide is not going out or in or it is a real challenge to bring your boat in. The ramp can be slippery as it is steep and gets a lot of algae accumulation. You do need to buy a town permit to use the ramp. There is also a permit required to park in the adjacent parking lot."
