"They do an okay job on the inside of the car but I won't be returning since they decided to put a huge Republican candidate sign out front. Republicans in 2024, really? I'm not trying to live in the Handmaid's Tale. Will gladly get my car washed anywhere else."

"I've been using them for well over 15 years. I went today and got my car washed. When I got home I realized they the scratched the hell out of my car. Must have used a dirty rag to wipe it down. But when I say scratch it I mean through the paint on my roof, trunk, hood. Absolutely destroyed my paint. Not only will I never go back I will make sure to tell anyone who will listen to never go there either."

"I've been to many car washes. Most stink. So I am comparing Eager Beaver to the others. I feel here I get what I pay for. They are priced fairly and give a good quality car wash. The people who work there are friendly and are appreciative of my business. I have a car wash within walking distance of my house, but go out of the way to go here so I am not getting ripped off for a lousy job."

"The guy guiding me onto the track at the start of the wash, waving me forward, forward, forward, straight into the side of the rail. Then he grimaces, points to the right. I get home to find a 2 inch gash across my alloy rims. My fault for not knowing the size of my car, in my defense I've only had it a week and I trusted the guy waving me in to guide me in. He was waving me straight forward until I hit it, and only then pointed me away from it. I don't know if he saw the rash or not, but he definitely saw me hit it, and did not stop me or tell me about the gash if he did see it. Benefit of the doubt, maybe he didn't see the gash itself but he definitely saw me hit it. And it's not like I was flying in and he didn't have enough time to direct me away, I'm crawling forward a few inches at a time because I'm worried about hitting the rail. I got the basic exterior+undercarriage, rinsing the salt off, the wash itself was ok, worth the $11 but not worth the $200 that im going to have to pay to fix the rim."

"Service has DRASTICALLY diminished to POOR over last couple months. When boss isn’t there it’s a total disaster the second he leaves! 3 strikes and I am in out of there and the monthly plan! Poor help getting them to timely help me hand dry car, they frequently forget tire shine. Had to dry my car almost entirely by myself on a Sunday and covering supervisor asked me To move my car and I wast not allowed to dry it because he claimed I was taking up spots for cars coming! LIAR! Place was empty and no cars were even going thru car wash! Lazy employees! BEWARE !See pics take 10 seconds after being asked to leave."
