"Called trying to reach the owner. Before I even got to say hello, the employee hangs up the phone. Then I called back again and he said, "how can I help you?" I thought him hanging up on me was a mistake, so I politely asked "Is the owner in?" He raised his voice and angrily said the same thing "HOW CAN I HELP YOU?" After I repeated that I was looking for the owner, he scoffed at me with an "ugh," smacked his teeth and hung up. Now, a few things: 1. The rudeness of employees is not the direct fault of the owner, but he is responsible for them. 2. I have never actually gotten my car serviced with them, so I will not speak on the quality of their skills. 3. It was just one employee. I don't know all the details about the business and what kind of problems they might have when it comes to staffing and other things, so I don't think it is right to put a 1 star review. However, the employee was still unnecessarily rude and I would hope the business puts some effort in improving their customer service as a result of negative reviews. It is not good for business to be rude to whoever calls. Here's some advice: You will lose a lot of business if you are rude to every person that contacts the station. Treat people how you would like to be treated."
