"Drop car off for an oil change and a sensor swap and two days later I call about the car and they still haven’t looked at it when they told me it be done by the time asked.. super unprofessional and dishonest to tell me he has the time to work on my vehicle but then keeps it there for two days and can’t manage to get an oil change and sensor swap done literally a two hour job at most and couldn’t manage it in two days.. inconvenient and very unreliable and once again unprofessional"

"Wish I had a good experience like all of these other supposed 5-star reviews. First time I called them a few months ago just for an inspection, the lady on the phone was so rude and nasty that I decided to go to another shop for that because I was put off. Then just recently my car needed repairs, so I called. Told me to drop it off the next AM. They had my car TWO ENTIRE DAYS without so much as even looking at it! When I called they said oh sorry, we’re short staffed. We didn’t even look at your car yet, and asked me if I wanted to come back A WEEK LATER. Absolutely not. They WAY overbook and spill out their cars onto the side of the road, into the parking lot of the children’s park across the street. I won’t bother trying to call here again."
