This problem can only be rectified through comprehensive training from Shell's higher-ups, store owners, and managers. Despite this, it's worth noting that the cashier's friendly demeanor and willingness to learn were appreciated. In conclusion, while the provided reward system holds promise, its effectiveness is hindered by the lack of knowledge among employees. This review serves as a plea for enhanced training and awareness among staff members, ensuring a more seamless and satisfactory customer experience."
