"Came today to wash my car. It wasn’t the busiest day and they had a plenty of time to do a great job. However, they messed up the rugs. After I entered the car, the rugs were all over the place. I have to stop on the road and fix them. The stain from the cleaning spray was not wiped and stained the panel of the car doors. Again, I have to finish the job and wiped it myself. They only sprayed with oil three out of four wheels. I thought for $30 all four wheels should be sprayed with no doubt. I was very, very disappointed with the service given considering they had plenty of time to do a good job."

"Very professional, excellent car wash, vacuumed the mats and car seats ( quick work so missed a few areas that still had dirt/ lint) , cleaned dashboard, doors, windows, etc. Great job!! Will be recommending to friends and family. We will be returning again!!! Understandable with the quick turnaround in cars because of the very hot weather!!!"

"I became a member a week after I had bought my new jeep but a few car washes later I was noticing these hair line scratches on my consul, I had called it out to management and they assured me that they use microfiber towels but this was a result of carelessness on behalf of some team members. I gave it a few months but it got worse and I just gave up. I later after vacuuming my car I found a broken piece underneath the driver seat. It was not worth my top tier membership I had with the establishment. I now take my jeep elsewhere where I dry and vacuum my car."

"They popped my wheel. I took my car, with my wheel in good condition. When I came out for them to dry it off, it was without air. I told them and they didn't believe me but when they reviewed the cameras they saw that my wheel was with air when I got there. They didn't even apologize and said it was not their fault. They changed the wheel for me, but they didn't even have the audacity to apologize or give me my money back for the car wash. The people are rude, and all the employees are disrespectful. They just kept walking by and laughing like it's a joke. Its bad enough that they dont do a good job, but to be rude like that, its not right at all. NEVER GOING BACK AND DEFINETLY NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE."
