"Your better off bringing your car into brooklyn or new jersey where they have a 48 hr policy to perform diagnostic for your car. I took my car here on Monday for an appointment and after 7 days sitting on lot and numerous calls and complaints to ford headquarters was told battery had to be changed. They changed the battery i called to see when i could pick up and no return call . I called again Tuesdays and was told my service representative would reach back and I waited to avail so i I decided to get the car regardless. Went and was told they were going to test drive the next day . So another day to sit on lot. I took car and test drove myself . This is ridiculous the poor service. Why make a customer make an appt and leave the car for days on end or weeks. I dont recommend this place to anyone who depends on their car for work or everyday life like i do . TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Headquarters. Needs to get involved and make this establishment work more efficiently. If i would have known this probably wouldn't have bought the extended warranty with ford and would have been better off with an outside company who allows you to go anywhere."
"My 4 month old lease has been at service for eight days already and I’ve been calling since then trying to get an ETA or some sort of idea of what’s wrong with my brand new vehicle. I call the number and get in contact with the service department but am told my “service provider is busy and will call me back later.” No one has called me back ONCE. I’ve called every single day trying to speak to a manager or ANYONE who can help me with this simple ask but am told the same answer every single time. It’s one thing that my brand new 2023 lease already has a problem, but to call repeatedly and not get any answers about the status of the repair is downright unacceptable. I’ve yet to get an actual answer on what’s going on. I have multiple referrals for Dana Ford as my family has leased from Ford and Lincoln for years. No longer can I recommend this dealer and this experience has turned me off from shopping here for my next vehicle."
"So.... my bad experience with Dana continues. My car was hit in the back while parked. I am trying to replace one small piece in the back for 9 or 10 weeks now. The first appointment we had for the repair we were told the part was not in. Second appointment was " the part came in but we didn't know it wouldn't be painted" Two days of taking vacation days from work and weeks of being given the run around. Now comes today, third appointment! I called service at 8am to ensure all is ready to go and to COMFIRM that a loaner car is available for us AS PROMISED. We were told by Neil that we were not getting a loaner car, after we were promised a car 2 times! He also said we could pay for the part and take it to the auto body shop on our own. Oh, and pay for a rental car on our own. Such loyalty from Dana. I really love our Red Carpet treatment."
"I bought a used car and realized it had 2 minor issues, the windshield fluid didnt work and it needed a foglight. Also wanted to check transmission to make sure everything is ok. I was extremely pleased at how Anthony worked with me and my situation. The car was drivable so after they figured out what i needed, they gave me back my car so i could get to work, and came back when they had the parts. The car was fixed that afternoon and everything is great. Anthony was great, and will work with you. We all know how frustrating bringing the car to a dealership is because they have so many customers. So let them know your situation so they can accommodate. Thank you Dana Ford!"
"My father bought a Ford transit from here! 2019 10k miles. Already been in the shop 3 times! 1st time for muffler issue. 2nd for battery issue. 3rd for computer issue and it’s been there for a month and a half. They are backed up! And yet still choose to close Sunday! FORD corporate you should audit this place. They are giving Ford a bad name."
