"No attention to detail. I was going to pay $150 for a FULL detail on my moms car. Wax and clay bar "included." They have missed so many little spots in the car, my mother is a clean freak, and I knew she would of been completely disappointed. They don't use elbow grease(hard work) they treat cars like a quick pace assembly line. Not with care. The fact they missed so many details and some were in plane view I can't even trust that they clay bared it or hand waxed the car. Told the owner im only going to pay $100 and that was even to much. Accused me of trying to leave without pay even though I showed him all the missed spots."
"Hi guys! A friend suggested this place to take my 2022 Acura ASpec to get washed. I despise the automated car washes that use the brushes that leaves your exterior coat with scratches. This spot is a Lil gem in a wall of Coney Island. Pros: the staff were welcoming. Kind and very hard working. They paid attention to detail and worked very efficiently. No brushes were used only to get in between my rims. They took card payments. Cons: this spot is located in a used car dealership so it's a bit tight getting in and out, however doable. The wait being a Sunday afternoon was lengthy, over an hour. For that reason pregnant women should be prioritize, I'm 5½ months pregnant and was hoping I wouldn't have to use the bathroom or get hungry and would have to get off the line after waiting for so long. Also, if you're looking for air freshners to top off that nice car wash, be prepared to find the closest gas station, this place does not have a store only a small waiting area. Knowing the off peak hours may help with the wait. But overall I was pleased with my car. My Acura looked better than the day I drove it out he dealership. Good experience!"
