"Went in today with my F150 and asked for the VIP. The truck came out and with a quick wipe down I was told it was finished. No VIP. No armor all anywhere. Inside cleaned haphazardly and my passenger side mirror was cracked. Not a hairline crack but smashed and placed back in the housing. I dont mind people making mistakes but they said it came in like that and thats a damn lie. Who do I complain to? No one speaks english. If you want to trust your car to a crew of illegals with no knowledge of what they are doing and no work ethic. All working for an absentee owner that could care less about you or your car you are going to get what you deserve. I sure did and it will be the last time I let anyone clean my car."
"Worst car wash ever!!! Went in for a car wash my car was still dirty, they barely vacuumed. My floor was dirty as hell still. They didn’t even vacuum the seats or clean them. My seats were still dirty! I had to pull over and clean the car myself. My window and car has streaks! Ridiculous!!!"
