"Waited an hour and a half to get a car wash that I didn’t receive. 2 stars because the guys are nice however I feel like in wanting money they bite off more than they can chew. If they know they’re slammed they shouldn’t try to take more cars during that time. Especially because it’s a small road and there is no area for cars to wait. The whole situation was a disaster before I just said f it and left. I parked a few blocks away to wait for the time the guy told me to come back, went back and still had a long wait. I’m sorry but no car wash is worth that. I drove 30 mins which is why I waited how long I did. All that time wasted that I’ll never get back, I should have just started off going to a different place. Would have saved myself the headache Update: Went back and although there were some slight complications, my car looks amazing!"

"Moved into the area a while back and was looking a place that could do a decent job without spending a zillion $. Had a home upstate that had a garage so I would clay bar and wax my car myself so my standards were pretty high. These guys put me to shame. Believe all the other reviews (I was a little skeptical) their work is out of the world. My Buick Tour X wagon came out with more shine than when I bought it new. Door jams, better than new. Engine compartment, better than new. I was a punk by putting off washing the car for a while since I wasn't impressed by a couple of Bay Ridge places and the interior had some seat stains and wasn't looking good. R&R had it looking 100% pristine. Pics I took don't do justice to their work. Can't really pick up the absolutely mirror finish. Insane. More insane is that they are 24/7 so you can bring in your vehicle at 2am if you want. Great prices and people to talk with as well. As the Terminator said "I'll be back"."
