"Management came up with a new contract stating the following: I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD 1699 NEW YORK AVE PARKING LLC HARMLESS AGAINST ALL CLAIMS ARISING WHILE MY VEHICLE IS IN THEIR CUSTODY. I UNDERSTAND THAT MY VEHICLE WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL WITHOUT A LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION SIGNED BY ME, THE MONTHLY APPLICANT. Here is the thing, that clause is void in a court of law in New York and many other states, you can sign the contract but that means nothing, management is just trying to screw over customers especially in the minority areas, another thing many of us who has SUV are still paying for a regular small car space, a person can hardly get in and out of their vehicle and also the crazy parking in the aisle, and now they are increasing the rates by 5 percent each year, I don’t mind the increase but give us what we are paying for."
"The Worst place I ever Parked. They lost my keys and it took 3 and a half weeks before they got a locksmith . Lots of additude and very unprofessional managers . The phone number listed for this garage is actually for a different park and ride . Park on Nostrand and save yourself the aggravation and chance for f having your keys lost or car damaged. This place sucks."
