"I be at BP gas station almost every day and night playing lotto and when the night employee comes in on shift he gives me free coffee and scratch off tickets every night and the midnight employee allows me to stay in the store all buy lotto and get snacks the employee who comes in at 7pm and works until 7am Sundays through Thursdays always gives me free lottery tickets and free coffee and allow me to stay in the gas station with him at night all night then he calls the police and tells the police I been there too long and some of the employees allows the homeless people to stand right outside of the door and beg every one who comes in the gas station for money and they do nothing but look at them and tell them that the the boss is watching the camera"
"The customer service personnel is the most rude & disrespectful to the Community. The staff is mainly foreigners like most of the residents of the neighborhood, who speak several different languages like them. But they chose to disrespect us. I walked in on a staff member using such disgusting and embarrassingly shameful language to a black man. I was shocked and he kept up the nonsense after the customer left and the Mart had customers. I buy gas there and the service people are constantly disrespecting the black customers, what’s that all about? If they don’t like the demographics of the neighborhood, because they are just as foreign as we are, I suggest they leave, and go where the other people are privileged & I would tolerate this behavior. It’s not long before I stir the folks in the neighborhood to picket that place, if changes are not made. We are spending the same hard earned green dollar. Maybe when they land a JFK they are told to disrespect us, (just a thought)"
