"i went to get my 2020 Honda civic 4 cylinder oil change. its a new car i understand and they offer me full syn oil change which suppose to be $65. they ending up charging me almost $ 80 and the lady at the counter and the Russian mechanic told me it took extra quart of oil.. how this is possible my car is 4 cylinder its not v6 or v8.. i will not be going there again.. scam and they will mess up your car for sure.. the car wash ok not great.."
"I watched from the glass inside wall as cigarettes were stolen from my pack inside my car by the same man that drove it into postion to go through wash. When I confronted him he denied it. When I spoke to woman at front desk she said she would speak with him. Not good enough. I should not have to empty EVERYTHING FROM MY CAR TO STOP A PERSON FROM STEALING MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE."
