The mats looked the same way I had them and they claim to vacuum the car...I was better off going to the gas station to vacuum my car myself...I will never ever go back to the car wash again. So glad I didn’t tip them because I would be extra pissed!! Thank God my car wasn’t crazy dirty... I do not recommend this car wash to anyone!!
