"My part my car was parked at this location from 6/20/23 to 6/25/ 23 upon arrival the manager was arguing with another customer for damages. When I arrived to pick it up it was pouring down raining my car was pulled out with 3 vehicles. After leaving the lot and stopping for gas, then I noticed white scratches at the lower bottom of my passenger side. My car was badly scraped and damage the paint was off. I did not bring my car to this parking lot in this condition. The scratches/scrape are so deep I couldn't not get it all with scratch out. Also Do not leave any personal belongings in your car. What I did was put my lysol, handwiped, sanitizer and air freshner in my trunk under my spare tire. hey went under there pulled it out and it was laying across the trunk so they went through my things. They STOLE MY BRAND NEW BOTTLE OF WINDEX!! Thank God. It was nothing valuable left in the car for them to steal.for them to take this is sad when you trust someone with your car and pay them. NEVER AGAIN!!!!"
