"This was the worst parking experience ever. I paid online for parking and drove my midsize car. When I arrived, they charged me an extra $5 per day for 7 days, claiming my car was a full-size SUV. Upon my return, the driver took an hour to arrive. When he finally called, he informed me the van was full, so I had to wait another 45 minutes for his return. After getting off a flight, waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to my car was incredibly frustrating. They then had trouble finding my key. They only have one shuttle back to the airport. The staff were rude, incompetent, disrespectful, and clearly lacked customer service skills. Stay away from this place! Just pay the extra money for a more reliable service. The distance isn’t worth the savings. Do not rent from this place."

"I gave 2 stars because the staff we interacted with were pretty friendly, and the pick-up/drop-off at the airport went pretty smoothly. However as many other reviews have mentioned, we were hit with a $90 cash charge at arrival because our Chevy Bolt is a foot longer than an "average sedan", which took this parking option from being the cheapest to the most expensive. We also felt unsafe on the ride over with the reckless driving and seat belts not working- the driver tried to cut in front of another car when the road was going from 2 lanes to 1 and had to slam on the brakes when he ran out of room. The most frustrating part was that when they brought our car over, it had clearly been side swiped in the parking lot as they crammed another car next to it. The attendant didn't deny this- he asked to see the pictures I took at drop-off, which clearly showed no damage. Then he took a picture himself and said he would text it to the manager. He looked me in the eyes and said text this number, and the manager will resolve it for you. I texted and called multiple times and never got a response, and in hindsight, he knew that and it was just a scam to deny liability and get us off the premises. The damage is not major, but it will be thousands of dollars at a paint shop or an entire day of my time if I just sand it and don't repaint. I would expect that they would have insurance to cover the damage, or at least to refund my $320. After seeing the negative reviews on Google, Yelp, and Better Business Bureau, the reviews on Way are clearly fake, and we will not use that app again."

"DO NOT PARK HERE. This place is very unprofessional and scratched our car up. We took a video and pictures of our car before parking and after so we had evidence. We were given a phone number and name of the “manager” to call and report the damage to. We never heard back from this number. In addition, the shuttle driver was not safe and was mostly on the phone. Plus they are unclear about pick up location. Google reviews say 1.6 but on Way 4.8? Fishy. DO NOT PARK HERE. Oh and on top of the car damage, our car is slightly larger than a sedan so we had to pay $5 cash extra each day once we arrived and we were basically trapped and had to do so. So it was way more expensive than we originally thought. TERRIBLE BUSINESS."

"The price is super cheap and affordable so it reels you right in, however it’s literally not even worth it. They are the most rude African owned business I’ve ever dealt with I am an African American myself raised in NY. There’s no reason they was this rude rushing us, they were so unprofessional wouldn’t even let me out the lot in my own car!! They drive so bad on the shuttles stay on the phone the entire time and caused SEVRE DAMAGE to two of our suitcases from the reckless driving! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE PRICE LOOKS, it’s truly not worth all the hassle. I would never ever book with this company ever again."

"DO NOT USE THIS LOT. I parked here for a week, and first off I arrived at the lot, had already paid for my reservation, and they charged me an extra fee per day for my mid-size SUV. I would've been fine paying if they had made this policy more clear when booking. Also, this fee was cash only, absurd. Upon arrival I called the shuttle and they told me 30-40 minutes, after about an hour I called again and they said 15-20 minutes. It took about 45 minutes more until they finally came. The driver was extremely rude and disrespectful to other customers on the phone and very unhelpful. I would not recommend this lot to anyone!! If you are looking to park, pay the extra dollar and park somewhere with better reviews, if I had known the service would be this bad I would never have tried to save my money."
